By accessing and using Hazard Hub ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use the App for workplace safety management purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
To transmit any malicious code or harmful data
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
To interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

6. Hazard Reporting

While we provide tools for hazard reporting and management, the App does not replace professional safety assessments or legal safety requirements. Users are responsible for following all applicable workplace safety regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
